Refund and Returns

At TuscanTrends, we are committed to quality and want you to receive perfect items. If you receive a defective item, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

General Returns:

  • Refunds will only be issued for defective items. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Order Cancellations:

  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to return an item after it has shipped, you must follow our return process once the item is received.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once orders ship, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to show movement in the tracking system.
  • Tracking updates may experience delays or limited information depending on the shipping carrier
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and may take 10-13 business days for delivery.

Exchanges:

Exchanges may be requested either:

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order, OR
  • Within 10 business days of receiving your delivery

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tuscantrend.com or by phone at +61 1800 845 020. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
  • We may request photos or videos of the fault to assist with our assessment.

Additional Information:

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
