General Returns:
- Refunds will only be issued for defective items.
- To be eligible for a refund, defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Order Cancellations:
- Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you wish to return an item after it has shipped, you must follow our return process once the item is received.
Shipping & Tracking
- Once orders ship, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to show movement in the tracking system.
- Tracking updates may experience delays or limited information depending on the shipping carrier
- Shipping times vary based on destination and may take 10-13 business days for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

- For exchanges, this must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Faulty Items:
