Order Acceptance & Confirmation:

- You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details.

Order Processing:
- Order cutoff time is 22:00.
- Orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- You agree to monitor your tracking information using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Timeframes & Tracking:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days from shipment date.
- We use USPS as our Shipping Courier.
- Valid tracking information confirms that your order has been shipped.
- You agree to:
- Monitor your tracking information regularly
- Allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before claiming non-delivery
- Contact us if there are concerns about delivery status
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution:
- Before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks, you agree to:

- Allow us 48 hours to respond to your concern
- Provide necessary information to resolve the issue
- We maintain detailed records of:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping confirmations
- Tracking information
- All customer communications
- Valid tracking information showing package movement constitutes proof of shipping.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion for verified delivery issues.
- Once a refund is issued and accepted, the transaction is considered complete.
- We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who:
- File unwarranted chargebacks
- Make false delivery claims
- Abuse our refund policy
